Meet the Team

  • Sherman Moore

    Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Sherman leads the organization’s vision, partnerships, and overall strategy. His focus is building programs that create real opportunities, strengthen communities, and expand the organization’s long-term impact.

  • Donna Green

    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Donna oversees daily operations and ensures programs run smoothly and effectively. She manages internal systems, coordination, and implementation so the organization can deliver meaningful results.

  • Terri Thomas

    Case Manager

    Terri works directly with participants to provide guidance, resources, and individualized support. She helps connect individuals and families with services, tracks progress, and ensures everyone receives the tools they need to succeed.

  • Thomas Jefferson

    Facilitator / Outreach Supervisor

    This role leads workshops, supports participants during programming, and builds relationships within the community. The facilitator also oversees outreach efforts to connect new individuals and partners to the organization’s services.
